Work as a teacher at GEOS New YorkGEOS Language Institute, New York, is a great place to learn English and do TOEFL iBT test preparation. It is also a great place to work and to teach. GEOS offers a very professional working environment, solid administrative support, professional facilities and resources, and training/advancement opportunities. With schools around the world, GEOS New York also offers you the ability to travel and teach throughout our network of language schools. GEOS New York's English and TOEFL iBT programs are accredited by ACCET. All of our teachers must possess a university degree and a recognized TEFL/TESL/TESOL qualification. Or, they must have attended, and be able to document, that their teaching training program contained at least 100 hours of theory and 20 hours of practicum. Unfortunately, teaching experience in another country can not replace these criteria. If you have both a university degree and a recognized teaching certificate, you may send your CV to info@geosnyc.com. You may also certainly drop off your CV in person at the school - we will be happy to greet you - but we are not able to meet individually with potential teachers who do wish to visit.
